ILW / OLW /Fringe: Outer London Weighting (£2,080.07)
R&R Allowance (max 5k): GBP £3,000.00/Yr.
Overview
As a hidden harm lead worker you will engage children and young people in a range of empowering interventions intended to address the impact of a parent/ carers, significant others drug & alcohol use.
Responsibilities

Bromley Changes, young persons drug and Alcohol service are looking for a full-time hidden harm lead worker.
Working with other agencies you will aim at reducing risk and vulnerability, increasing resilience and promoting a young services user s chances of leading a happy and healthy childhood, with a positive transition into early adulthood.
We are looking for someone who has a background in the delivery of evidence-based children s interventions, ideally with experience working in primary/ secondary education, children s development, behavioural management, children s mental health and wellbeing service, child counselling/ therapy, children s social care, community youth services.
Your skills and experiences will assist you take a lead in advocacy of the child and young people, participate in children s social care processes, promote a trauma informed offer of care and whole family approach.
With the child/ young person you will make holistic assessment of need from which you can create personalised care plans to deliver a creative and innovative offer of early help.
