The role

In this brand new role, you'll help support and develop people early in their careers at Witherslack Group. It's a chance be part of the implementation of our Early Careers model from scratch, helping ensure we give people a high quality experience right from the start.

You'll liaise with colleges and providers to make sure what we offer meets business needs. You will guide people through graduate and apprenticeship programmes, providing pastoral support and running action learning & networking workshops to help embed learning. You will be the individual's main point of contact through their programme, working to personalise their learning experience.

Key responsibilities

Review University and college offerings to input into creating an offer for Apprenticeships and Early Careers that meets business needs
Be the main point of contact for all new staff on Early Careers programmes - welcoming them to the group and meeting them at key points to ensure their experience is meeting their needs
Run action learning and networking workshops to help individuals understand the wider business context and access peer support
Build relationships with providers and utilise those networks to provide feedback and troubleshoot any issuesYour Profile
