Location: Hybrid - 2 days Fort Dunlop, Birmingham / 3 home with flex - B24 9FD
Salary: £26k - £32k DOE
Term: Full Time, Permanent

Main Purpose of Role
As a Training & Qualifications Coordinator - Programme Delivery Manager for CLTI, you will be responsible for the ongoing academic/education delivery of a set of CLTI programmes and content to ensure excellence in all aspects of our delivery (from registration to graduation). Other related responsibilities, are ensure that:
- programmes meet quality assurance standards and education design needs in their delivery and that the content is current, regularly updated and delivered to an excellent standard; whether an individual is studying synchronously or asynchronously oar as part of an in-house solution and that the learning platform and any supporting materials are updated and available
- you are liaising with other functions in the business, ensuring the programmes are scheduled, and appropriate tutors are engaged to teach
- assessments are created, reviewed, marked, moderated, verified and marks released to students in a timely manner within quality assurance standards
- students are supported through the programmes from registration through to successful graduation and that you have strategies to support students during their study with learning and pastoral advice and support
our LMS is updated regularly and is an engaging environment for our students to study
The Training & Qualifications Coordinator - Programme Delivery Manager - Training & Qualifications Coordinator should know everything about the programme's delivery; where it is delivered, by whom and how, liaising with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure there is a consistency in quality and delivery.
You will deal with a variety of student enquiries relating to detailed content, curriculum, and assessment for the programmes and you lead and liaise with the tutors and SMEs where needed.
You will also be liaising with the Head of Professional Development and the Head of Marketing and Commercial Services to support all activities with your knowledge and insight as well as helping direct activities associated with the programmes under your responsibility whilst also, liaising with our partners concerning operational delivery of the programmes and any support teaching or mentoring that we approve partners to provide.

Skills and Experience Required

- able to engage with students, clients, SMEs and other stakeholders to talk about our education, content and learning, our education philosophy and how they relate to your programmes
- a consultative, professional approach, an ability to meet challenges head-on, and a passion for supporting students' ambitions through professional education
- to be able to attend subject and promotional events elsewhere in the UK and to grow your own professional network and insight into the programme areas you work with
Attributes:
- Highly organised - be able to simultaneously manage the delivery of several programmes
- Excellent understanding of education programmes and frameworks
- Passion to learn about our subject matter and community
- Good understand of a QA framework internally and externally (both in the UK and elsewhere)
- An understanding of funding frameworks where available
- Ability to talk with students and clients and SMEs in details about their programmes, delivery and how to achieve success
- Good IT skills - including a good knowledge of CRMs, learning management and content management systems
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills (with both internal and external stakeholders)
- Solid academic or experiential background - I.e. degree / professional qualification - preferably in a related area, or, relevant work experience at an appropriate level.
