About the School
This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher to join this warm, two form entry primary school inthe Bootle area. The schoolis looking for an EYFS Teacher (QTS) to take responsibility for both classes. You must ensure that effective progress is made by all pupils. It is also important that you are able to promote good outcomes at all times. It is essential that you have an understanding of the Development Matters Framework (2021) and how this can effectively be delivered in a fun and creative way. The school is open to both NQTs/ECTs and experienced teachers for this position. The school is able to offer support for those looking to complete their induction period.
As part of this role, you must be willing to engage with the wider community and promote the school's christian values of love and hope at all times.
We are looking for:
A Primary Teacher (QTS) who is able to take on the responsibility of a class teacher working within an EYFS setting. You will be required to plan, deliver, and assess pupils in line with the Development Matters Framework (2021) and the schools policies. Alongside this you will also receive the opportunity to partake in a range of CPD, Parents Evenings and a range of whole school events. These are always great opportunities to engage with the wider life of the school and enhance your experience.
This position is suitable for both ECT's/NQTs and experienced teachers (Upto UPS3).
Requirements:
To be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following criteria:
Hold a qualification with, or leading to, UK Qualified Teacher Status (NQTs and overseas qualified teachers are welcome to apply)
Have a flexible, can-do approach
Ensure your CV covers the last 10 years of employment history where possible (all employment breaks must be explained)
Be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check and full referencing process
Provide professional references to cover you for at least 12 months within the last 2 years
Have legal right to work in the UK
A proven track record of promoting excellent outcomes with pupils
