You will be fully supported by the registered nursing team to enable the provision of high quality clinical care for a caseload of home dialysis patients who require renal replacement therapy and may have complex needs.

The CQC rated our organisation as 'Outstanding for Caring' and this is owing to the hard work, dedication and teamwork of staff across the Trust which you will find is proudly reflected within our home dialysis unit

The post will provide great opportunities to develop your clinical knowledge and skills as well as to support your future development. In return we would ask for enthusiasm, flexibility, compassion, good team working and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will join our team in working collaboratively with patients and their families as well as all other members of the care team in order to ensure the delivery of safe, high quality, and effective care.

Experience of working in a renal setting is an advantage although not essential.

As this is a band 4 position the applicant will need to hold or be enrolled in a foundation degree in health and social care. This can be either be in the form of an Assistant Practitioner or a Registered Nursing Associate.

If yet to qualify the role will be paid at band 3 rate.

A full driving license is however essential as you will be required to visit patients in the community.
