Job Description

This role is to support the Senior Maintenance Worker and Caretaker/Cleaner in the upkeep of the building. This relates to onsite maintenance - painting, decorating, fixing and cleaning the scheme. The role also includes administration tasks i.e. recording and tracking tasks.

  • Supporting the Senior Maintenance Worker in redecoration and repairs
  • Maintaining the cleanliness standards of the scheme
  • Ensuring that records are accurate and kept up to date

  • You must understand and uphold health and safety legislation whilst being flexible to the complexities of vulnerable people and an ever changing environment

Key Requirements

  • Manual handling Training, Handling bodily fluids Training and Handling Sharp Objects Training
  • Boundaries Training and First Aid Training

Expected working pattern: Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm OR 8.ooam to 4.00pm.
