Customer Advisor

We are looking to add to our team of bright, energetic, customer-orientated team players in Northampton - with individuals who are able to look after the immediate and future needs of our customers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a long established, family run, reputable Main Dealer.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Creating an immediate and long-lasting rapport with our customers
• Managing customers' service experience
• Offering products and services to cement business relationships with customers

Required Experience:

Experience within the motor industry is desired but not essential however the successful Customer Advisor will have:

• Previously worked within a customer service/hospitality role
• An understanding of exceptional customer service
• A commitment to selling extra value
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as an individual
• Good IT skills
