To be available via mobile phone in the event of an emergency.Pro-active management of planned and reactive maintenance works.Undertake quarterly property inspections, reviewing:Fire RegisterMaintenance / Express Care Log BookHealth & Safety FileWater Management FileControl Document FileCurrent property and maintenance issuesInspection of 10% of guest rooms, back of house, public areas, external building envelope and external areas.Performance of servicing contractorsAssist the Facilities Manager on the following core responsibilities:Implementation of best practice maintenance procedures by directly employed maintenance operatives.Health and Safety.Production of yearly Capex & planned maintenance schedules for the designated properties.Delivery of quality level of service by third party servicing contractors.Tendering of yearly service contracts.Annual maintenance technician meetings InvestorEnsure focussed expenditure planning for base level capital and planned maintenance works to maintain and enhance, statutory compliant hotel assets. ComplianceStatutory compliance of all fire, life, safety and mechanical and electrical installations.Company Health & Safety policy and procedures.Experience of Job HolderPractical skills/knowledge, gained through having undertaken Hotel (on property) maintenanceExperience of managing Hotel property maintenance to multiple sites, delivered through both in-house maintenance teams and external contractor'sQualifications of Job HolderNEBOSHMIWFMINDHARDJob Reference: CTL00031
