Mental Health Support Assistant | Guildford, Surrey Are you passionate about improving the Wellbeing and Mental Health of children and young adults? Are you considering training as a Psychologist in the future? Having completed a relevant degree, are you looking for a Mental Health Support Assistant job where you can enhance your practical SEMH experience?
We are very pleased to be working alongside a DfE registered independent school which caters for boys and girls with social, emotional and mental health needs between the ages of 7-18 years old. Starting immediately, we are looking to recruit additional Mental Health Support Assistant who can provide 1:1 support to pupils who have a range of social, emotional and mental health needs.
Their needs may be behavioural, learning, physical or a combination of all. Working as part of a dedicated team of teachers, support staff and external fostering and care services, you will be building care around the unique situation and individual circumstances of each child.

Mental Health Support Assistant role starting ASAP
Full-time position, Monday Friday, 8.30am 4pm
Contract will run until July 2022 in the first instance
Providing 1:1 support to students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs
Supporting children aged between 7-18 years of age
80 per day | 400 per week | Paid PAYE
