We are looking for a HR administrator to join our team on a temporary basis for 6 months.
The roleAs a HR administrator you will provide high quality, accurate and timely HR and payroll administrative support to the HR advisers. This will include supporting with HR transactional activity relating to the employee lifecycle, HR projects when needed and the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee records.
You will support with the administration of the payroll ready for onward transmission to our third-party payroll provider and act as an intermediary between staff and the payroll provider for any pay related queries.
Providing an excellent standard of customer service, you will respond in a timely manner to HR queries from staff across the business. Being customer focussed, you will be able to handle challenging and demanding customers in a professional and diplomatic way, always managing their expectations.
As a strong team player, you will be comfortable working closely with HR colleagues to seek feedback from customers so that we can identify opportunities to improve the service delivered by HR and the third-party payroll provider.
