Location Birmingham
Salary 30-40,000
Some flexible working Home v Office and flexibility on hours of the day worked
Our client are a growth services business based in Central Birmingham who are growing and adapting to running at scale. You will be looking at data across multiple systems using your expertise in Excel and Power Bi to pull together the data, format it and prepare it for analysis, my client will then be looking for you to interpret the data and help them form business strategies. My clients environment is heavily reliant of using resource efficiently so you will often be looking at resource plans and historic data to accurately predict the best use of resource. You will be also looking for efficiencies in how to accurately allocate resource based on skill levels and look at training plans to fill gaps in skills within the work force.
Experience of working in Healthcare would be beneficial, however we are open to any industry background especially if it involves resource management and contact centres.
Things you will require
First class Excel
Power Bi skills
Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal
First class analysis skills
