Job Description

The Role

Cobra Network are looking for a Personal Assistant to support the CEO and Market Management Director based in Birmingham. The role will involve supporting 2 senior Directors within our business so a high level of attention to detail will be required.

Our employee's success isn't measured on time spent in the office, so please talk to us about your flexible working needs. Our role is based in Birmingham and we would consider some working from home within the week for this role.

Duties will include -

To ensure diary management is kept up to date and organised
Organising events for the team including hotel booking, diary planning and organising the necessary travel bookings
Taking minutes at meetings at management meetings
Organising meetings and ensuring all information needed for those meetings are prepared in advance
Liaising with wider Cobra Network management team for support if required
Ordering stationary and any IT equipment needed for the team
Preparation of rooms for meetings
Interacting with other areas within the Group including Finance, IT and HR

The Person -

The right candidate will be self-motivated and have the ability to work unsupervised
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with colleagues, suppliers and clients
Prior or existing experience in a similar role is required
Happy working to short deadlines
Given the wide knowledge that will be known about the business, financial performance and colleague information absolute discretion is required in carrying out this role
