Full time, Permanent
Up to £55,000 + £5,280 car allowance

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working alongside a UK housebuilding and regeneration company to recruit for a Dynamics Systems Analyst on a permanent basis to work within their timber frame manufacturing team

As a Dynamics Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing all data in Microsoft Dynamics 365, for data analysis, production analysis and business intelligence. You will work closely on the further refinement and configuration of Dynamics 365, UAT (User Acceptance Testing) coordination, production optimization and control.

Responsibilities of the Dynamics Systems Analyst include:

  • Analysing and preparing BoM data as required from all operational areas of the business, including Timber Frame Designers and Operational Management
  • Refining and further configurating Dynamics 365, ensuring that all changes are fully tested before release
  • Assisting with product development with the management team, including maintaining databases and relevant data systems
  • Interpreting data and analysing results using statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports, including identifying, analysing and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Developing and implementing databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and quality
  • Locating and defining new process improvement opportunities and working on the optimisation and efficiency of the whole production

Criteria of the Dynamics Systems Analyst include:

  • Previous experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or AX 2012 is essential for this role
  • Experience of operating Microsoft Dynamics 365 or AX 2012 in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable
