Do you have a background in Sourcing or Procurement? Even better, Vendor or Supplier management within I.T / Technology categories?
My client is seeking a Portfolio Lead to come and manage the performance of the suppliers within their I.T solutions procurement framework.
You will be managing KPI scorecards for suppliers, negotiating contract terms and renewals, and dealing with any compliance issues / non-conformance to terms.
Also you'll get the fun task to investigate new technology trends and products, to ensure that the latest I.T solutions will be available to their member network.
You'll work across a variety of I.T solutions including hardware, software, systems, security, cloud, etc. plus resolve any quality issues / product recalls.
Location: Birmingham (close to public transport links) with 2 days per week working from home
Salary: £30-35,000 depending on skills and experience
