Main Dialysis Unit provides an Outpatient Service of Haemodialysis and Renal Clinics for patients in Oxford. Our unit is a nurse led unit with a highly motivated team committed to a high quality of service, developing individual potential and continuing education. The unit has strong links with the Oxford Brookes University which enable the educational and professional development of staff. This is a very good and exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Care support worker Band 2 who will be wiling to support the Registered Nurses in carrying out care to haemodialysis patients and to take on extra Link Roles. This is a very good and exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated CSW who will be willing to learn new skills particularly Haemodialysis. The successful applicant will support patients undergoing regular haemodialysis treatment which will involve a multitude of skills including patients education and application technology. She or He will be supported by the haemodialysis staff in acquiring the needed skills and knowledge.
