Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer

Experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer required for Up Market, Established firm of Estate & Letting Agents in the Kingsbridge area with excellent local knowledge and own car. Salary in the region of £30-35,000 on target earnings.

Our client is a sought-after firm to work for, dealing with middle to upper end and rural property sales across the South West of England. They are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to be a strong number two in their Kingsbridge office covering property sales and valuations. They will offer full training on this if you don't have valuing experience. You will have recent estate agency experience and have a strong sales background dealing with high end clientele.

The candidate they are looking for must be a driven and proactive with a passion for selling and ideally valuing property and have a great track record in sales. Good local market knowledge is also preferred but they will also consider someone relocating. You will be of polished appearance and be highly professional, proactive and organised.

This is a company with excellent career prospects and the right candidate can expect an OTE of £30-35,000 (basic salary around £20,000 by negotiation) depending on experience. You will need your own car for doing appointments but a mileage allowance will be paid.
