No two days are the same. Working in the Repairs Team, the role is varied and you will need to demonstrate a wide range of trade skills in addition to a primary trade. You will take pride in the repairs and maintenance of domestic properties to a high-quality standard.

Due to continued growth, we're looking for experienced multi-trade people to carry out all aspects of carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating or patch plastering work to undertake simple minor manual works either individually or as part of a team to the highest standard, whilst ensuring that value for money and quality standards are achieved.

We want someone who:

Is a genuine all-rounder with strong practical skills and first-hand knowledge of carpentry, plumbing and plastering trades
Has plenty of flexibility, as well as a proven ability to diagnose, undertake and complete repairs to high levels of quality and customer satisfaction
Is seen as a people person with excellent customer service skills
Feels comfortable working within a social housing environment
Has an outstanding work ethic and the drive to complete work to an excellent standard without close supervision
Has a full driving licence.This role is based from either our Chipping Sodbury (BS37) or Tewkesbury offices (GL20), depending on your location, and will involve extensive travel to and from the surrounding areas - an electric van will be provided*. Due to the nature of the role a DBS check will be completed for the successful candidate.
