Junior Billing Analyst - Paying up to 25k

Exciting opportunity for an analytically minded, proactive billing professional to join a well-regarded Connectivity provider in London.

They provide a broad portfolio of communications solutions, offering an innovative platform to a range of clients (up to FTSE100) as a systems integrator of Data, Voice and Cloud related technologies.

This is a highly collaborative team therefore you'll be working closely with all areas of the business ensuring that the end to end billing cycle remains as smooth and accurate as possible.

Key responsibilities:

• Reconcile supplier invoices.
• Assist with the collation and recording of revenue and cost of sale accruals for the month end management accounts; the production of meaningful revenue and cost of sale reports and analysis; the calculation of the monthly revenue deferral and year end revenue deferral reports.
• Raise and track disputes with carriers and ensure we are receiving the required credits
• Responsible for pre-bill run checks and revenue assurance analysis.
• Complete the bill run each month and ensure customers receive their bills and backing information each month.
• Set up and maintain the aspects of all the billing import and export process of service charges and usage charges within the billing system.
• Resolve customer queries and issues within the billing as per agreed SLAs
• Import daily & monthly CDR's and service charge files.

Based in London (Hybrid working)

Position paying up to £25,000, depending on experience + corporate benefits.
