Self-employed - Enforcement Agent

* Close protection, Private and maritime security
* Recovery, collections Agent - Doorstep /Civil Enforcement Warrant Officer
* Experience managing venerable and challenging situations
* Commission only role or Customer facing field-based roles
* Sales - field sales, business development, Client and Customer Facing Field sales B2B B2C Sales - Face to Face or Door to Door sales
* Self-employed - Business owners
* Police - Prison officer/ Custody Officer
* Enforcement or Eviction Agent
* Housing, Immigration Officer - Security, SIA,
No previous experience needed as a Self-Employed Enforcement Agent
FULL TRAINING GIVEN to become a Certificated/ Licenced Enforcement Agent

What you will be doing day to day;
As an Enforcement Agent you will manage your own work load of warrants, visit customers at the addresses stated on warrant (includes Liability Orders and Writs) and your aim will be to collect full payment from customers for our clients.
You will receive;
* City & Guilds accredited training with 'on street' field mentoring and continuous support through, even after you have been certificated as an Enforcement
* A self-employed field-based role with access to work volumes which make for a realistic OTE and uncapped commission opportunities
* IT & Body Worn Camera equipment and access to software to help and improve performance in the field when enforcing - helping our agents to earn and increases commission opportunities
Overview of required Enforcement Agent candidate:
* Be from a Military (Marines, Air force, Army, Navy), Sales (business development, field sales, client and customer facing sales), Police, HMP prison (Prison officer, Prison Custody Officer, Housing Officer, Immigration Officer, Rent Arrears Officer, Security, Door Security, close protection, maritime Security, Management & Store Management
* Confident and Self-motivated Good negotiation skills
* Persuasive and Disciplined
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car
* Full training given including certification
Our self-employed Enforcement Agents/Bailiffs are the front line of our business, they are field based, recovering monies on behalf of taxpayers, businesses and individuals through ethical and integrated court order compliance.
Successful candidates will need to pass the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB/DBS) check process and also hold a full UK Driving Licence
