Outbound Sales Agent

The package:
- The base salary starts at £20,000 per annum, rising to £24,000 post probation plus a very strong, uncapped commission structure

This role is based full time in the Bridgend office. Great public transport links and the office is 100 yards from the train station.
What you'll be doing:
You will be working within a small but successful sales team selling a software-based marketing service.
- You'll call warm leads to convert to sales (NO cold calling involved)
- You'll be carrying out product demonstrations
- You'll use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs to sell products
- You'll have individual sales targets, on a month-to-month basis
- A proactive approach is required in growing your customer base by calling new/existing/old customers
- You'll carry out email campaigns, gain generations through LinkedIn and use the CRM system
- Account management - You'll check in with current clients onboard to ensure they have everything they need etc
What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience of working in a B2B sales role
- You'll be driven, motivated, confident and have a positive, can-do attitude
- You'll want to progress and grow with the company
