B2B/Corporate/Stakeholder/Community Relations - within real estate/commercial property/infrastructure/built environment/professional services/urbanism/social value/sustainability & energy.

Looking for a creative, intelligent, articulate, team-player keen to thrive in a dynamic and supportive agency with strong 30-year pedigree in corporate/B2B/PA comms.

Working in our Birmingham office, the candidate will play an important role in running and contributing across a range of clients. Will suit a candidate who might specialise at the moment but who wants to go wider in their experience.

1 Sustainability/Corporate/B2B campaigns to support net zero transition and decarbonisation for built environment and industrial clients.
2 Getting things built - stakeholder/PA/community-focused campaigns to win/secure planning and development consent. From major infrastructure schemes to large scale urban renewal in Birmingham through to promoting strategic employment sites.

To work within a team delivering campaigns for national brands and sector-leading businesses:

Clients include property developers, infrastructure asset owners, contractors and global materials companies.

This individual will have excellent client and personal skills, be commercial, have developed a proven track record for delivery, and be skilled at understanding what clients want and aligning campaigns to suit. The successful candidate will be involved in new business generation and be expected to bring ideas to business development alongside contributing to campaign delivery.

The successful candidate will:

* Have excellent writing skills and the ability to process and manage information in order to create strong content.
* Good people skills - the candidate is expected to be comfortable engaging with audiences from senior business execs to media and potentially from MPs and to industry stakeholders.
* Bring intelligent thinking - be bright, ambitious, flexible and adaptable.
* Play a key role in a compact team of five people in Birmingham but with the ability to work with colleagues across other offices in London, Cheltenham and York.
* Have a team-player mindset and be energetic, committed to succeeding for clients by understanding and adding value to their businesses, and respond well to a fast-paced and dynamic working culture.

Based in the Birmingham office, this individual will support clients on UK-wide briefs involving travel within the UK when needed.

Salary - around 35k depending on experience/capability
