Factory Operative

Are you an experienced Factory Operative or Production Operative looking for the next step in your career? Affinity Packaging are looking for a reliable, positive and enthusiastic individual to join the Print Department working on the guillotine and supporting on the printing presses.

This Factory Operative role involves cutting board on the guillotine (full training provided) and assisting on the presses to ensure the smooth running of the department. This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours per week on days (8am-4pm) Mon-Fri.

There is a vast amount of experience in the industry amongst our teams and they will support you as you settle into your role with us. We're entering a new phase of strategic growth and we're focussing on improving all aspects of print and you'll be an instrumental member of the team in achieving these improvements.

This role is suited to an experienced Factory Operative who is looking for an opportunity to showcase their positive attitude and desire to learn and progress to become a valuable member of a successful print team. This position offers the opportunity to work with experienced printers and other machine operators across all departments in the organisation.

Essential Skills

Desirable Skills

• Packaging industry experience would be an advantage but not essential
