Business Development Manager (BDM) Role

They are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and ambitious Business Development Manager to drive the business forward in the next chapter of its journey and beyond.

The role of BDM reports directly to the Managing Director and will lead all business development activity to support the growth expectations. You will be responsible for establishing, building and retaining business with Global clients.

Specifically your role will be to:-

· Own and deliver the company's revenue and cash targets
· Develop more strategic and valuable key account partnerships
· Develop new partnerships to expand our geographic and market reach
· Proactively drive new business acquisition and win new clients

Candidate profile:

· 5 years minimum experience in a business development or fee winning role within a consultancy
· Proven track record winning new business and exceeding targets
· Proven track record developing key accounts into high value clients
· Proven track record developing business around sophisticated solutions
· Understanding of the Learning & Development agenda and what drives decisions
