A home-based Field Sales Executive / Business Development Manager covering the North East & North West. You'll sell a world-leading range of vacuum-based, material conveying solutions, to the bulk minerals, cement & concrete and paper & pulp markets. This is a perfect role if you love to work autonomously and want freedom from ridiculous KPI's.
BASIC SALARY: £35,000 - £40,000

JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Executive / Field Sales Executive / Business Development Manager - conveying solutions, capital equipment
As a Field Sales Executive working from home, covering the North East and North West, you will use your experience of selling high-value capital equipment to position our bespoke cleaning and material conveying solutions to prospective clients.
Our solutions can be mobile or embedded permanently into a client's facility. They can be hired or purchased outright. Either way, as our successful Field Sales Executive, you'll be self-generating leads or following up on interest from our highly focussed marketing campaigns and:
· Meet with 2/3 clients per day
· Complete site surveys to generate accurate quotations
· Advise clients on the best solution to meet their requirements
· Follow up on presented quotes and close sales
This is a pure solution sell, so you MUST be able to demonstrate your ability to convert leads into high-value sales and develop existing accounts.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Field Sales Executive / Sales Executive / Business Development Manager - conveying solutions, capital equipment
You MUST have a proven track record of success in field sales of either capital equipment or technical solutions.
Ideally, you'll have sold to:
· Cement & Concrete Manufacturers
· Steel & Foundry Sites
· Bulk & Mineral Storage and Transportation hubs
· Power Generation Facilities
· Building Materials
· Pulp & Paper Production
You will need to be highly self-motivated, with excellent planning skills and capable of building long-term relationships, built on service excellence.
