Salary negotiable guideline £25,000 to £40,000 great bonus, benefits, sponsored development etc.

Residential Sales and Purchase Licensed Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executives and Fee Earners, with residential property experience required to join expanding Conveyancing department of established modern thinking firm of Solicitors, very progressive practice. You will have several years' experience within residential conveyancing sales and purchases.

This is an opportunity to join a respected firm of solicitors to work within their residential conveyancing property department.

You will be working in a busy and friendly environment both supporting colleagues and having support from the management team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with residential conveyancing through to completion. Solicitor and ILEX qualifications an advantage.

Excellent organisational, written and IT skills are essential, knowledge of Microsoft office and case management systems

You will need to have a good level of attention to detail to ensure efficiency.
