What is the salary and hours?
The salary starts from £21,000 per year, negotiable depending on experience.
The role is full-time and permanent, and you work 37.5 hours a week. Your working day will be 7.5 hours per day covering the trading hours of 08:30 until 19:45 Mon - Sat, so the ability to be able to work some evenings and Saturdays will be essential.

What will my duties be?
You will support the Sales, Renewals and Service Departments within a friendly office environment. The job role will consist of:

  • To action a diverse range of referrals and queries by phone and email
  • Deal with Insurer Support queries via email or telephone
  • Help us achieve challenging team targets and goals
  • Operate within own area of accountability, proactively escalating issues and seeking guidance
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with all colleagues, customers and insurers whilst maintaining a professional business image
  • Develop and maintain a competent level of technical, product and system knowledge
  • Liaise with insurers for underwriting solutions.
  • Commit to own personal development, CII professional qualifications
  • Willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer/partner satisfaction
