Job Description

We are urgently seeking an experienced and skilled Senior ICT Project Manager with current SC Security Clearance to manage development and integration activities for a large ICT project for our blue light services client based in London SW6.

The Senior ICT Project Manager will manage all technical and financial elements of the £11M project, co-ordinating multiple teams with a mixture of software and infrastructure components. They will be responsible for the matrix management of a number of resources to deliver assigned projects when assigned and ensure they act in full accordance to the clearly-defined framework of security policies and protocols.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate the following:

  • Project management qualification e.g. PRINCE 2
  • ITIL knowledge
  • Strong experience in managing multiple suppliers and agile software delivery projects in secure environments
  • A record of successfully supporting and delivering secure national ICT projects on time and on budget in a complex environment which uses both in-house and supplier based delivery method
  • Experience and knowledge of the security accreditation processes at a national level at all Government security Classification (GSC) levels.
  • In-depth experience of and competence in using MS office tools.
  • An understanding and experience of how finance budgets management work

Hybrid working - must be flexible as and when business demands, but high % of this role can be home working.
