Commercial Property Solicitor (Permanent)

An established and highly regarded boutique commercial law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE to join its growing Real Estate team on a permanent, FULLY REMOTE basis.

The Role:

You will manage a varied commercial property caseload, including:

• Sales and purchases of commercial property.
• Commercial landlord and tenant matters.
• Refinancing and secured lending.
• Property development transactions.
• Corporate support on acquisitions and disposals.
• Developing and maintaining strong client and introducer relationships.

The Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in commercial property, including experience gained with a regional or national law firm.
• Confident managing a varied caseload independently with minimal supervision.
• Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable working remotely.
• Excellent communication, organisational and client relationship skills.
• Ability to network, develop business and contribute to departmental growth.
• An existing client following would be advantageous but is not essential.

The Opportunity:

The firm offers a competitive salary of circa £60 to £70k, private medical insurance, company pension and a supportive working environment. The position is fully remote, with flexibility for part-time or reduced hours for the right candidate.
