Corporate M&A Solicitor (Permanent)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm

An established and highly regarded boutique commercial law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 2/3 years' PQE to join its growing team on a permanent, FULLY REMOTE basis.

The Role:

You will manage a varied corporate caseload, including:

• Share and asset acquisitions and disposals.
• Mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
• Shareholder agreements and general corporate matters.
• Commercial contracts and partnership/LLP agreements.
• Corporate funding and banking transactions.
• Developing and maintaining strong client and introducer relationships.

The Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in corporate law.
• Solid transactional experience across M&A and general corporate matters.
• Commercially minded, proactive and confident managing matters autonomously.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Ambitious, personable and keen to contribute to the continued growth of the department.
