Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm

We are looking for a motivated Sales Operations Coordinator to join a busy team within an established luxury interiors and design business.

This is a varied role offering the opportunity to work across sales administration, customer service, order processing, international logistics and e-commerce. You will play an important part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, deliveries are coordinated efficiently and showrooms receive the support they need.

This opportunity would suit someone with previous administration, sales support or customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has an interest in interiors, textiles and design.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and after-sales administrative support to UK and international showrooms.
• Process sales orders and maintain accurate information within internal order management systems.
• Monitor order progress, delivery schedules and critical paths, ensuring orders remain on track.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, liaising with third-party logistics providers and couriers.
• Obtain shipping quotes, arrange collections and monitor deliveries.
• Prepare and check export documentation, shipping paperwork and associated records.
• Support accessory sales and e-commerce order management.
• Raise purchase orders with suppliers and check invoices for accuracy.
• Receive, check and allocate incoming stock and manage accessory returns and exchanges.
• Maintain accurate stock records, price lists and stockroom organisation.
• Respond to enquiries from showrooms, customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Provide general administrative and office support as required.

About You

We are looking for someone who is proactive, well organised and takes pride in getting the details right.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in administration, sales administration, sales support or customer service.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
• A positive, flexible approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good numerical skills.
• An interest in interiors, textiles, furniture or design.

Experience in order processing, logistics, export administration or e-commerce would be advantageous. Additional language skills would also be beneficial.
