As the Foundation continues to evolve and expand its portfolio, we are seeking a Finance Business Partner to work at the intersection of finance and programme delivery, helping ensure that funding decisions are informed, sustainable and effective.

This is an opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, influencing decision-making and applying financial insight in a purpose-led environment. Working closely with programme teams and finance colleagues, you will help assess opportunities, manage risk and ensure resources are deployed in ways that maximise impact.

The Role

Finance plays a critical role within Quadrature Charitable Foundation, enabling the organisation to make informed decisions and steward significant resources responsibly.

As Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with programme teams throughout the grant-making lifecycle. You will provide financial analysis, challenge and support on funding proposals, budgets and organisational assessments, helping colleagues understand financial risks and opportunities and make well-informed decisions.

You will also contribute to forecasting, financial planning and reporting activities, providing insight that supports both day-to-day decision-making and longer-term strategic planning. The role offers significant exposure across the Foundation and the opportunity to build trusted relationships with colleagues working on some of the most pressing interconnected challenges globally.

About You

We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach to business partnering.

You may already be working as a Finance Business Partner or Finance Manager, or you may have gained experience in financial analysis, commercial finance or advisory roles and be looking for an opportunity to broaden your impact. You will be comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders, translating complex financial information into clear advice and exercising sound judgement in a nuanced environment.

Experience from the INGO sector, grant funding, programme finance or philanthropy would be highly advantageous. Most importantly, you will be motivated by the opportunity to use your financial expertise to support effective grant making and meaningful impact.
