Procurement Contracts Manager

Portfolio Procurement has been engaged by our leading Kent based client to recruit for a Procurement Contracts Manager.

The role:

This a fantastic opportunity with a great business where your experience in contract management and procurement will ensure that the very best outcome is being delivered.

Duties:

• Be the lead go to person for Procurement related contracts across the group.
• Ensure all contract governance is being implemented to avoid risk
• Support tendering process
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Implement and manage the contract register for the organisation

Skills and experience:

• At least 2 years' experience in a regulated contract management role within procurement
• CIPS or degree level qualified
• Proven ability to manage and negotiate complex contracts
• Excellent communication skills
• Good commercial acumen
