At Allsop, you'll have the opportunity to shape our marketing strategy, bring fresh ideas to an established brand and work directly with the Partners who lead our business.

We're looking for a commercially minded marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with the drive to make things happen. Someone who builds strong relationships, presents ideas persuasively and brings people together around a clear direction.

You may already lead a marketing function, or be an experienced senior marketing manager ready to take the next step.

The opportunity

Allsop is an independent, partner-owned property consultancy with around 250 colleagues across London, Leeds and Manchester. Best known for our leading property auction business, we also advise clients across investment, development and a wide range of professional property services.

Reporting to our Chief Finance and Operations Officer, you'll lead marketing, brand and communications across the firm. You'll work closely with Equity Partners and team heads, lead a small in-house marketing team and manage specialist external agencies.

Your remit will combine setting the direction with overseeing delivery-strengthening our profile, supporting business development and helping our teams turn their expertise into compelling campaigns and content.

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver a firmwide marketing and communications strategy aligned with our business priorities.
• Build trusted relationships with Partners and team heads, advising on marketing opportunities and investment.
• Lead campaigns that strengthen client relationships and generate business opportunities across our service lines.
• Oversee our brand, PR, corporate communications and digital presence, including the website, email and social media.
• Shape thought leadership, publications and events that showcase our people and expertise.
• Develop the marketing team and get the best from our external agencies.
• Manage budgets, measure performance and introduce improvements to our marketing tools and processes.

What you'll bring

You'll have a strong track record in marketing, with the breadth to lead strategy and the practical judgement to deliver it.

We're particularly interested in experience within property, real estate, auctions or construction consultancy. A background in another professional services environment could also be relevant.

You'll be able to demonstrate:

• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and presenting clear, persuasive recommendations.
• Leadership of marketing colleagues and external agencies.
• Commercial awareness, with examples of marketing supporting business development.
• A strong understanding of brand, communications, content and digital marketing.
• Excellent writing, project management and organisational skills.
• Experience managing budgets and evaluating results.

Above all, you'll bring enthusiasm, sound judgement and the confidence to take ownership while working collaboratively with others.
