This is a hands-on position managing a local portfolio of residential properties, overseeing maintenance, inspections, tenancy matters and compliance.

The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and confident handling day-to-day issues while delivering excellent customer service to landlords and tenants alike.

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Coordinating property maintenance, repairs and contractor appointments
• Carrying out property inspections and following up on any issues identified
• Monitoring tenancy agreements, renewals, rent arrears and deposit matters
• Ensuring properties meet relevant legal requirements and compliance deadlines

• Previous experience in residential property management or lettings
• Good understanding of the lettings process and tenancy legislation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organisation and time management
• Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve problems effectively

• Good attention to detail and accurate administrative skills
• A proactive, professional approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
