Simon on the Streets are looking for a Corporate Fundraiser to join the team in Leeds. We need someone who can open doors, build brilliant corporate relationships and turn opportunities into sustainable income. Could this be you?

• £32,000 - £36,000 per year + benefits (including 25 days holiday + birthday off & clothing allowance)

This isn't simply a stewardship or events-based fundraising role. We need someone who can find opportunities, start conversations and win new corporate partners.

Simon on the Streets is an independent Leeds charity supporting people facing homelessness. We work directly on the streets, providing practical and emotional support to people who are often hidden, isolated and unsupported. We stick around for the long term. We don't give up on people. But we need the income to keep doing it.

As our Corporate Fundraiser, you'll help grow corporate income to six figures and beyond. You'll build a pipeline, get in front of decision-makers and turn good conversations into meaningful, long-term partnerships.

What you'll be doing

Working closely with the CEO, the Operations Manager and the wider team, you will be:

• Growing existing corporate relationships and spotting opportunities to do more together.
• Finding and approaching businesses that could become valuable partners.
• Building and managing a strong pipeline of corporate prospects.
• Opening doors through direct outreach, networking and introductions.
• Taking leads from first conversation through to partnership and sustainable income.
• Creating pitches and proposals that make businesses want to get involved.
• Keeping on top of targets, pipeline, follow-ups and income through our CRM.
• Working with the wider team to make corporate fundraising happen.

This is a role for someone who is comfortable creating opportunities rather than waiting for them to arrive.

What you'll bring

• Strong B2B sales or business development experience and a track record of winning new business.
• Experience building successful commercial or corporate relationships.
• Proven track record in achieving financial targets.
• Confidence approaching, pitching to and influencing decision-makers.
• The ability to manage a pipeline and turn prospects into partners.
• Great communication skills; you can tell a compelling story without hiding behind jargon.
• Commercial judgement, energy and the drive to hit stretching targets.
• Knowledge of businesses and corporate networks across Leeds and West Yorkshire.
• A proactive approach. You take ownership, try things and keep things moving.
• A full driving licence and access to a car.

Fundraising or charity-sector experience would be useful, but it isn't essential. If you know how to find opportunities, build trust and turn relationships into results, we want to hear from you.
