BREEAM Assessor & Sustainability Consultant - Hybrid

Penguin Recruitment is supporting a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy to recruit a Sustainability Consultant and BREEAM Assessor for their Birmingham team. You will work on medium and large-scale projects across residential, commercial, industrial and education sectors.

The role requires delivering BREEAM assessments, assisting with SAP/SBEM, and liaising with clients and design teams. A BREEAM New Construction Assessor or BREEAM AP and membership in CIBSE or IEMA are desirable.
