ClearScore is seeking a Secured Sales Manager for its Manchester-based team. The role is hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) with a salary of £44k-£50k and OTE £64k-£75k.
You will lead the Advisor, Trainee Advisor and Case Manager functions, driving performance, delivering an exceptional customer journey and ensuring regulatory compliance. You'll oversee the Sales and Case Manager departments, foster a Customer First culture, monitor quality metrics, and coach staff.
