Insight222 is seeking a Client Success Manager to nurture long-term relationships with organisations participating in the People Analytics Program. You will manage onboarding, ongoing engagement and renewals across 30-50 clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring maximum value from our products and services.
You will collaborate with SMEs, drive proactive outreach and maintain a clear view of client health and growth opportunities, reporting to senior leadership in a fast-paced, hybrid
