Premium Auto Parts Manager - Lead Aftersales Team

Lookers Motor Group Limited, Landrover Chelmsford, is seeking a Parts Manager to lead the aftersales team and report to the General Manager. You will oversee Service Advisors, Technicians and the Parts team, driving customer service excellence and department performance.

You will manage day-to-day workshop activities, monitor budget and KPIs, and support upselling targets. A full UK driving licence is required, with prior premium automotive experience essential.
