Compass Community in Cottingham is seeking a Waking Night Parent and Child Support Worker for a 5-bedroom residential Family Assessment Centre. You will support Parent & Child placements with safeguarding, monitoring, and night-time duties within OFSTED-regulated settings.
The role is 40 hours across 7 days with 10pm-8am shifts; flexibility for cover is required. Excellent safeguarding standards are essential to support families and staff.
