Senior Commercial Manager - Civil & Groundworks

Logical Personnel Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager for a hands-on role in construction. You will own the full commercial lifecycle from pre-construction through to final accounts, working with Directors, QS, estimating and operations to improve reporting and project control.

We require strong experience with JCT/NEC contracts, CVRs, forecasting, procurement, tendering and contract administration.
