Herefordshire Council is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join the Family Help locality team in Hereford. You will safeguard children, assess risks, and co-ordinate multi-agency support to deliver early intervention and protection under statutory guidance.
You will lead on Family Help Plans, contribute to multi agency decisions, and progress along our Social Work Progression Pathway from entry to Senior Practitioner as your skills develop.
