The opportunity

An experienced Marketing Manager is required to take ownership of a high-profile B2B event serving the construction and built-environment sector. You'll lead campaigns that grow registrations, strengthen market awareness and deliver measurable results.

Marketing Manager

This role calls for a commercially minded B2B marketer who understands how to engage professional audiences. You'll create campaigns for contractors, developers, architects, specifiers, suppliers and other industry stakeholders, with a clear focus on increasing registrations, strengthening market presence and building valuable industry partnerships.

What you'll do

  • Own and deliver the marketing strategy for the event
  • Drive professional registrations through integrated campaigns
  • Manage digital, email, social, PR, partnerships and outdoor activity
  • Lead campaign messaging, content and creative development
  • Manage budgets, timelines, agencies and performance reporting
  • Build strong relationships with sponsors, exhibitors and industry partners
  • Use audience insight, CRM data and analytics to improve results
  • Work closely with sales, content and operations teams

What you'll bring

  • Proven marketing experience in exhibitions, conferences or live events
  • Experience engaging B2B or professional audiences
  • A strong track record of registration growth and campaign conversion
  • Excellent digital marketing, CRM, copywriting and creative skills
