Structural BIM Technician Rhino + Grasshopper + Revit
London Hybrid
We're working with a leading structural engineering practice that is open to speaking with an experienced Structural BIM Technician with strong parametric modelling skills.
This is an opportunity for someone who can combine strong day-to-day Revit Structure capability with more advanced Rhino and Grasshopper expertise.
The ideal person will have:
- Advanced Rhino & Grasshopper experience
- Strong Revit Structure knowledge
- Experience developing Rhino/Grasshopper Revit workflows
- A strong understanding of complex 3D geometry, including curved, faceted and non-standard forms
- Experience translating parametric geometry into practical Revit elements
- Experience working with and managing large/complex Revit models
- Understanding of BIM coordination, model management and BEP requirements
- The ability to support day-to-day BIM/technician work while also helping develop and lead parametric workflows into Revit
This could suit someone who enjoys being hands on with projects but also wants the opportunity to influence how parametric design and computational workflows are integrated into structural BIM delivery.
