QC Technician

Location: Stonehouse, Gloucestershire (GL10)

Hours: 39 hours per week

We are looking for a detail-focused, hands-on Technician to join the Metrology/Quality department at our client's Gloucestershire site. This is a temporary 6 month booking which is likely to extend for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Load and prepare components for CMM machine

• Build and use fixtures to correctly position components

• Follow SOPs, work instructions and component specifications

• Monitor CMM/scanner performance and identify anything unusual

• Recognise patterns or trends in machine output that may indicate an issue

• Maintain accurate and consistent working practices and reports

Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail

• Able to follow SOPs

• Comfortable working in a machine environment

• Organised and methodical

• Previous experience in a Metrology or QC environment would be ideal
