Gravitee is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to own a tiered portfolio of enterprise accounts post-sale. You will guide production, drive value through QBRs and roadmaps, and act as a technical thought leader who sustains adoption and growth across global customers.
You will engage in architecture guidance, security practices, and advisory deliverables while travelling 1-2 times per month to customer sites and collaborating with multiple Gravitee teams.
