Recruit UK is partnering with a well-established wealth management firm that is expanding its adviser team in London.
Are you looking to take the next step towards becoming a fully qualified Financial Planner? This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected wealth management firm offering a structured development pathway, hands-on client exposure and full support towards achieving Chartered status.
With a salary of up to £38,000, hybrid working (3 days in the London office) and a clear progression route into an advisory role, this position is ideal for someone who has completed Level 4 or is actively working towards the Diploma and is eager to build a long-term career in financial planning.

The Role
You'll work closely with experienced Financial Planners, supporting them with client servicing, report preparation, research and implementation of recommendations. You'll gain valuable exposure to the full financial planning process, including client meetings, technical research, provider liaison and suitability report preparation.
This is a hands-on development role designed to equip you with the technical knowledge, practical experience and qualifications needed to progress into a fully qualified adviser position.
What We're Looking For
- Level 4 Diploma completed or actively working towards completion
- Experience within an IFA, wealth management or financial planning environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A genuine desire to progress into a Financial Adviser role
- Positive, proactive and client-focused approach
