causaLens is seeking a hands on finance leader to own the month end close, end to end numbers, and the ERP automation roadmap. You will work directly with the CFO to maintain accurate financials, automate core processes, and support multi entity payroll and UK/US compliance.
You'll influence the finance operating model, build a trustworthy close process, and enable data driven decisions for fundraising and board reporting.
