What is the day-to-day of the role:
- Manage a portfolio of audit clients from planning through to completion
- Review the work of junior team members and provide constructive feedback
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the audit process
- Support the training and development of audit juniors and seniors
- Liaise with partners on technical and client matters
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and/or IFRS
- Proven experience managing audit engagements and leading teams
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
