What is the day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and review a portfolio of audit clients from planning to completion
- Lead, coach and develop audit seniors and juniors
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Review audit files and ensure work meets professional standards
- Support the firm with business development and new client opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- ACA, ACCA or ICAS qualified
- Sound knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS and ISAs
- Proven experience managing audit engagements
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
